By accessing and using ImageMint ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

ImageMint is a web-based image processing tool that allows users to split images into customizable grids. The service operates entirely client-side using browser technology.

Permission is granted to use ImageMint for personal and commercial image processing. However, regarding the website content and service code, under this license you may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute the website's source code or design
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the service's algorithms
• Create derivative works based on our service interface
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from the website
• Use our branding, logos, or trade names without permission
• Mirror or replicate the service on other domains

Your Processed Images: You retain full ownership and rights to all images you process and the resulting output files. We claim no rights to your content.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to process any images you upload
• Complying with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
• Not using the service for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
• Not attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the service
• Using the service in accordance with these terms and applicable laws

Prohibited Content:

You may not use ImageMint to process images containing illegal content, copyrighted material without permission, or content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ImageMint and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the images you process using our service. We do not claim ownership of your images or processed outputs.

Our Service: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service without prior written consent.

ImageMint processes all images locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or have access to your images or processed files.

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Processing Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate image processing, ImageMint may contain technical, algorithmic, or processing errors. We do not warrant that:

• Image processing results will be perfect or error-free
• Grid calculations will always align perfectly with your expectations
• All processed files will be free from artifacts or quality loss
• The service will work identically across all browsers or devices

Technical Limitations: Browser limitations, device performance, or image complexity may affect processing quality. Users should verify results before relying on processed images for critical applications.

No Commitment to Update: We may improve processing algorithms at any time without notice, but make no commitment to fix specific processing behaviors or errors.

Service "As Is": The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall ImageMint, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption.

User Responsibility: You acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk and that we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the service.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including but not limited to:

• Google Analytics and AdSense services
• External documentation or support resources
• Partner or affiliate websites
• Social media platforms or sharing services

No Endorsement: ImageMint has not reviewed all linked sites and is not responsible for the contents, privacy practices, or terms of any external websites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ImageMint.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree that the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
