Add a PDF or image to get started
How to use it
1. Add files through the left panel
Click the drop area or drag PDFs and PNG, JPG, or WebP images into the sidebar. Add several together or return later to add more. PDFs expand into individual page cards; each image becomes one page.
2. Arrange pages rather than whole files
Drag a page card to change its position, or select it and use Up, Down, or Move to. The sidebar is the exact export order. Drop more files at an insertion position if a price sheet or photo belongs between existing pages.
3. Remove extras and review the sequence
Use the individual trash button or check several cards and Delete selected. Undo restores recent page edits, but adding new files clears that history. Fit page shows a full page; two-page view helps inspect neighbors.
4. Download and reopen the result
Use the toolbar download control, then reopen the PDF in a reader. Check order, orientation, image readability, and every source-file boundary. The original files are not overwritten.
Keep PDF pages as pages; insert images only where needed
PDF pages are copied into the output, not rendered as screenshots. That avoids blurring text merely to combine documents. An inserted image becomes a page at its natural proportions; the merger does not apply an A4 or Letter preset to every photo.
Fit page, percentage zoom, and two-page view are viewing controls. They do not resize output pages or put two sources onto one sheet. A wide page remains wide and a tall photograph remains tall. Prepare images separately if the document needs a consistent shape.
A merge creates a new document. Do not assume interactive forms, bookmarks, attachments, or other document-level behavior will survive unchanged. Digital signatures should be treated as invalid after editing. A photograph of a handwritten signature is simply image content, not a cryptographic PDF signature.
| Setting or input | What it means |
|---|---|
| 1 | Cover image |
| 2–3 | Two proposal PDF pages |
| 4 | Price-sheet PDF page |
| 5 | Photographed approval page |
Check before downloading
Thumbnails are for ordering, not proofreading
Small previews can hide unreadable text, sideways photos, or broken form behavior. Reopen the download in the recipient’s reader and check the first, middle, and last pages.
Watch the active-document limits
The workspace supports 20 active source files, 300 output pages, and 80 MB of active input. Images are limited to 20 million pixels each. Rendering and thumbnails require additional memory, so these limits do not guarantee that every device will handle the maximum comfortably.
Questions
Can I add another PDF after the first upload?
Yes. Use the same clickable area or drag more files into the sidebar. You do not need to select all sources in one upload. Check the insertion position and resulting order afterward.
Can I remove one page from a multi-page PDF?
Yes. Delete its card individually or select several cards for batch deletion. The source document on your device is unchanged.
Does two-page view combine two pages into one?
No. It displays neighboring pages together. The output still contains separate pages in sidebar order, and zoom does not change their dimensions.
Can I merge a password-protected PDF?
No. The workspace does not unlock encrypted files. If authorized, create an unprotected copy using the originating application or a suitable reader.
Will forms and digital signatures still work?
Do not assume so. Editing can invalidate digital signatures and document-level features may not survive a merge. Use a dedicated workflow when they are essential and preserve the originals.
Do documents leave my device?
No. Parsing, preview, and merging happen in this browser. Application assets may load over the network, but this tool does not upload selected file contents. Download your work before closing or reloading the page.
