How to use it
1. Add your images
Drop in up to thirty PNG, JPG or WebP files. Each one is decoded by your browser and becomes one page.

The list is the page order — page one at the top. Use the arrow buttons on a row to move it up or down, and remove anything you do not want.
3. Choose a page size, then build

Fit-to-image or a fixed page size
Fit to image gives every page the exact shape of its own image. There are no margins and no blank bars, because the page has nowhere left over to show. That is the right choice for screenshots, receipts, comic pages and scans you only intend to read on a screen — the PDF is simply a container that keeps the images together and in order.
A4 or US Letter is the right choice for anything that will be printed, emailed to an office, or attached to a form, because those places expect a standard sheet. A fixed page cannot change shape to suit the image, so an image whose ratio differs from the page gets fitted inside it and centred: a wide photo on a portrait page leaves empty strips above and below, a tall one leaves them at the sides. Nothing is stretched or cropped to make it fill. Leaving orientation on Auto removes most of that, since each page turns to match its own image.
The margin is the blank border kept clear around the image, in millimetres. It exists because home and office printers cannot print to the very edge of a sheet, and because a document that will be hole-punched, stapled or photocopied needs room to lose. A small 6 mm margin is enough for most printers; 12 mm looks more like a document and leaves room for a binder. With no margin the image is fitted to the full sheet, and your printer may still clip a few millimetres of it.
Questions
Does it upload my images?
No. Your files are read by your own browser, drawn to a canvas, and assembled into a PDF by JavaScript running on this page. Nothing leaves the machine, there is no server to leave it to, and the tool keeps working if you disconnect after the page has loaded. This is the real difference from most online image-to-PDF converters: they upload your files to a server, convert them there and send a PDF back, which means your documents sit on someone else’s disk for however long their retention policy says. For a passport scan, a payslip or a contract, that matters.
Why is my PDF so large?
Because a PDF made from photographs is mostly photographs. A modern phone camera produces 12 megapixels per shot, and thirty of those is a large file however it is packaged. Two things here keep it in hand. Each image is capped at 300 dpi for the size it is actually drawn on the page — detail past that cannot be resolved in print or seen on screen, so it is dropped rather than stored. Then the quality slider sets the JPEG quality used for each page: 85 is near indistinguishable from the original for photos, 70 is still perfectly readable and roughly halves the size, and below about 60 you start to see blocking around edges. If the file is still too big, lower the quality first, then remove pages.
Will transparency be preserved?
No. Pages built here are flattened onto white before they go into the PDF, so a transparent PNG comes out with a white background rather than a see-through one. That is deliberate: without the white fill the transparent areas would composite against whatever the reader paints behind them, which in many PDF viewers is black. If you need genuine transparency in a PDF, you need a vector or layered format produced by a design tool, not an image-to-PDF conversion.
Can I reorder pages?
Yes — that is what the arrow buttons on each row are for. Move a row up or down and the page order changes with it; the number on the left always shows where that image will land in the finished document. Files usually arrive in whatever order your operating system hands them over, which is often alphabetical rather than the order you want, so it is worth a look before you build. Any change to the list clears the PDF you have already built, so rebuild after reordering.
What image formats can I use?
Anything your browser can decode: PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF (the first frame), BMP, and AVIF in browsers that support it. They can be mixed freely in one document — the tool re-encodes every page itself, so the format each file arrived in makes no difference to the result. HEIC files from an iPhone are the common exception, since most desktop browsers cannot decode them; convert those to JPG first with our image converter.
